Writing & Publications

I have been writing since I was nine, starting with small stories and short rhyming poems. I was editor of the school newspapers in both grade school and high school. In my twenties, I wrote mostly poetry and a book of my poetry was published in 1972. In the middle of my life I wrote a lot of non-fiction: academic papers, grant proposals for a non-profit organization, books, chapters in books, and articles for periodicals.  These days, I am still writing some therapeutic books and articles, editing the publications of others, and enjoying writing fiction (to see where that goes) and a few articles/blogs.
